Bio: First certified in 1979 in Pacifica, California, Paul has logged more than 2000 dives in places such as Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, Sea of Cortez, numerous Caribbean locations, and most recently in the Norwegian North Sea. He graduated from Purdue University with a BS in engineering and has lived in Belgium and Norway. Paul has taught scuba diving in California for 18 years and has staffed the Sonoma Coast Diver Rescue workshop numerous times before moving to Hawaii in 1998. He especially enjoys working with new divers and students and sees it as an opportunity to spread his enthusiasm for exploring he "inner space."
