Keauhou Punahele is located in a low traffic, quiet area of Kailua-Kona. The complex is very well maintained with beautifully landscaped grounds next to the 8th fairway of the Kona Country Club. The buildings are constructed of cement and therefore maintain a comfortable temperature and quiet atmosphere. The large pool and jacuzzi provide a quiet and relaxing retreat.

This well appointed condo is quite roomy at 1500 sq. ft. with vaulted ceilings and newer appliances in the kitchen. The master bath was recently remodeled featuring a large walk-in shower and twin sinks. The condo is in excellent condition as until recently, it was the owner’s primary residence. The views from the spacious lanai are of
the ocean and golf course. Keauhou Bay is only a 5 minute walk.

The Kona Country Club with two 18 hole championship courses is just a quarter mile away. Next door is a tennis complex with numerous rental courts and equipment. The nearest shopping center, located only 1 mile away, has a supermarket, drug store, restaurants, gift shops, and movie complex. Beaches and great snorkeling are minutes away. Right outside of the complex are quiet, low traffic areas for walking and jogging.
Jack’s Diving Locker is only a 12 minute drive.

Amenities:
The master bedroom has a Cal-King bed, TV, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom is located in a very large loft with a full and a single bed, third bath and a den with DSL internet connection. Additional amenities include phone, cable TV, VCR and DVD players, stereo radio/CD player, full kitchen with microwave, smooth top stove/oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, and an iron/ironing board. Beach towels and ice chest are provided. The lanai has a table and chairs and a gas B-B-Q.

Rates and Reservations:
$125.00/ night low season and $150.00/ night high season plus Hawaii State
taxes and exit cleaning fee. Minimum rental period 5 nights.
Low Season: 5/1 to 11/14 except during Ironman.
High Season: 11/15 to 4/30
